FAQ

What if the disk fails?

Every private cloud includes 3-2-1 backups: one local copy and one encrypted off-site. We test restores.

Does it work away from home?

Yes, with the mobile apps and secure remote access, without opening ports on your router.

Are there monthly costs?

No software subscription. Only the server’s electricity (a few dollars a month) and, if you want, off-site storage for backups and a maintenance plan.

Do you provide movies?

No. Jellyfin plays files you already own; we provide no content.
